Initial issues: Scratched case, hums, dial string broken
Repairs: Lightly sanded, re-stained and lacquered cabinet, replaced Electrolytic and all Paper/Wax Capacitors, replaced front grille cloth, cleaned chrome trim, polished dial glass, replaced2 weak tubes and did a full alignment
